RJD's 39-year-old Misa has declared movable assets worth about Rs 1.74 crore, which is inclusive of her spouse (Rs 72 lakh) and her two daughters (Rs 18.71 lakh), in her affidavit filed before Election Commission.
Misa's immovable assets are worth Rs 3.01 crore, which includes her spouse and daughters' properties valued at about Rs 1.39 crore, it said.
She has declared that she has Rs 80,000 cash in hand and her husband Rs 70,000 cash.
Misa, who holds an MBBS degree from Patna University, has a case registered against her under Sections 188 (Disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) and 171 (F) (Punishment for undue influence or personation at an election) of Indian Penal Code and being heard in a Danapur court, her affidavit said.
BJP contestant Yadav, whom Misa calls her 'chacha' (uncle), has declared both movable and immovable assets worth Rs 1.39 crore in his affidavit.
Yadav, who recently joined BJP after RJD denied a ticket to him from here and instead gave the ticket to Misa, has declared movable assets worth Rs 39.89 lakh which includes his wife and daughter's properties valued at Rs 15.68 lakh.
Yadav has declared immovable properties, in her wife's name, worth Rs one crore. He does not have any immovable asset, the affidavit said.

Yadav, who possess a .315 bore rifle and a revolver, has a pending case involving him under Section 143 (unlawful assembly) of IPC.
Misa and Yadav are contesting against Ranjan Prasad Yadav, a sitting MP from Janata Dal (United). Polling in Patliputra will be held tomorrow.
