Bank of Baroda (BoB) today said its subsidiary Bank of Baroda (Uganda) Ltd will make a public offer of 80 lakh equity shares of face value Ugandan shillings (Ushs) 100 each at an offer price of Ushs 600 a share. The offer opens open on August 26, 2002.
The offer, which has been approved by RBI, also involves concessional offer of 200 equity shares per staff member at a Ushs 350, BoB said in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
