Foreign exchange reserves increased $915 million to $130.621 billion for the week ended December 17, 2004 when compared with $129.697 billion in the previous week, according to the weekly supplement released by the Reserve Bank of India today.Foreign currency assets were up $915 million to $124.666 billion. Gold reserves and SDRs were unchanged at $4.540 billion and $5 million, respectively. The Reserve Tranche Position with the IMF increased $9 million to $1.410 billion.
