ICICI allots 30,158 shares under stock options

The country's largest private sector lender ICICI Bank has allotted a total 30,158 equity shares pursuant to conversion of options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOPS).     

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank said it has allotted 30,158 equity shares on August 31 to its employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOPS).     

Shares of ICICI Bank were trading at Rs 740.10, down 0.62 per cent on BSE.
