Rating agency Icra today said its net profit for the second quarter ended September 30 grew by 20.49 per cent to Rs 9.82 crore, from the corresponding period a year ago.

Total income rose to Rs 35.41 crore for the quarter under review, from Rs 28.21 crore for the same quarter last year, Icra said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.

For six months ended September 30, the company posted a net profit of Rs 17.06 crore, against Rs 12.54 crore for the corresponding year-ago period, while total income rose to Rs 64.26 crore for the half year ended September 30, from Rs 49.64 crore.
