  • Prices of gilts came off by around Rs 1.50 due to profit sales by banks and primary dealers.
  • The benchmark 9.81 per cent 2013 gilt opened at Rs 128.30 (6.057 per cent), fell by Rs 1.70 to Rs 126.60 (6.250 per cent), and ended 40 paise higher from the intra-day low at Rs 127 (6.205 per cent).
