| Sentiment: bullish Fresh rumours of Chinese yuan revaluation and inflation at 3.13 per cent led the gilts prices to rise. Prices in the short and medium-term papers went up by 10-15 paise. The ten-year 7.38 per cent 2015 paper closed at 7.07 per cent. Reverse repo bids at around Rs 25,000 crore led call rates to close at 5.05 per cent. Corporate bond market remained dull even as gilt prices went up. |
