ACC Appointment The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for appointment of Shri C.H. Kharshiing, IA&AS(1991) to the post of Planning Adviser (JS level) in North Eastern Council Secretariat (NEC), Shillong under the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier vice Shri J. Lhungdim, IDAS(1984).
