Competition Commission of India (CCI) Invites Comments from Public in Respect of Proposed Combination Between Holcim Limited and Lafarge S.A.
On 14th July, 2014 (14.07.2014), the Competition Commission of India (CCI) received a notice from Holcim Limited (Holcim) and Lafarge S.A. (Lafarge) in relation to the proposed merger of equals through an exchange offer resulting, upon completion, in the acquisition by Holcim of all the outstanding shares of Lafarge.
