Dr. Mahesh Sharma condoles the demise of Veteran Music Director & Lyricist Ravindra Jain The Union Minister of State for Culture (Independent Charge) and Tourism (Independent Charge) and Civil Aviation, Dr. Mahesh Sharma has deeply mourned the sad demise of Shri Ravindra Jain, an eminent Music Director & Lyricist. Shri Ravindra Jain passed away at Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai today. Dr. Mahesh Sharma said that in the passing away of Shri Ravindra Jain, the world of Indian Music has lost an eminent performer and composer of music. He will be remembered fondly as one of the most notable Hindi music directors, who composed music for several hit films such as Chor Machaye Shor , Geet Gaata Chal , Chitchor and Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se . He composed music for several TV serials and he is famous for his rendition of music for RamanandSagars epic TV serial Ramayana . NB/AK
