The Inter-State Council Secretariat (ISCS) under the Ministry of Home Affairs has signed an Agreement with the Forum of Federations (FoF) based at Ottawa, Canada here today for next three years. The Agreement was signed by Shri H. K. Dash, Secretary, ISCS and Dr. Rupak Chattopadhyay, Forum's President and Chief Executive Officer in the presence of the Union Home Minister Shri Rajnath Singh.
