Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Shri Kiren Rijiju has said that the forensic expansion programme can address the issue of high level of pendency of cases and in tackling crimes especially crime-against women in a time bound manner. Addressing the Valedictory function of the 23rd All India Forensic Science Conference in Bhopal today, Shri Kiren Rijiju said that for complete development, the women should feel secure in this society.
