Press Communique on Appointment of a Judge of the J&K High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, to be a Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
