Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) to implement Smart Cities Project Smart Cities to enhance quality of life by bridging infrastructure deficit, says Shri Venkaiah Naidu

Given the challenges of building smart cities, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be created for each city to be included in the Smart Cities scheme, said Shri M.Venkaiah Naidu, Minister of Urban Development. Speaking on the smart cities initiative at a Conclave organized by a media group here today, Shri Naidu said that efficient deployment of human and physical resources is one of the objectives of the scheme.
