Angelina Jolie, who underwent a double mastectomy operation recently, has admitted that she is very happy with her decision as she can now tell her children that they don't need to fear about losing her mother because of breast cancer.
She said that the operation reduced her chances of developing breast cancer from 87 percent "to under 5 percent."
Brat Pitt, whom Jolie praised for being with her for every minute of the surgeries, said that her choice was 'absolutely heroic' and added that all he wants for her is a long and healthy life, with him and their children, People Magazine reported.
He added that this is a happy day for their family.
Pitt's mother also praised her decision and said that they are all proud of the actress.
She further said that this means a lot to their family, especially for her grandchildren.
