| Nathwani said Dhirubhai Ambani closely followed the teachings prescribed in the Bhagwadgita, and drew most of his inspiration from the teachings of the religious book. |

| "He had maintained that each initiative should be structured as a value creating entity, requiring development and deployment of processes and technologies, networking with thought leaders, national and international funding agencies, government bodies and people to whom the initiative is directed," Nathwani said in a statement on Wednesday. |
