Indian Railways and IIM Calcutta have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for training Indian Railway Service Officers for the next five years, beginning this year. The General Management Programme will cover topics in Economics, Human Resource Management, Management Information Systems, Public Policy, Behavioural Sciences, Operations Management, Marketing, Ethics, Finance and Accounting and Strategic Management.
