8K Miles Software firms up on acquiring NexAge Technologies
The company has acquired US-based NexAge Technologies USA Inc.
NexAge Technologies USA Inc., is a leading regulatory compliance and technology solutions company for the Life Sciences Industry in the US, the company said in a release.
The total consideration in cash and stock, for the acquisition is $3 million ($1.5 million in cash and $1.5 million worth of US subsidiary stock, the release added.
The stock opened at Rs 1,419 and touched a high of Rs 1,445. At 11:30AM, over 22,500 shares were traded on both the stock exchanges.
