Ahluwalia Contracts rallies on BNP Paribas stake buy

Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has rallied 8% to Rs 189 on NSE after BNP Paribas Arbitrage bought 778,316 shares or 1.24% stake of the company via open market.

On November 20, BNP Paribas Arbitrage acquired 414,357 shares at Rs 167.06 per share on NSE and 363,959 shares at Rs 166.50 per share on BSE, the bulk deal data shows.

The stock opened at Rs 178 and hit a high of Rs 190 on NSE. A combined 645,023 shares changed hands on the counter till 0942 hours on NSE and BSE.
