The Asian markets are up after opening on a flat note this morning.
The Hang Seng has gained 111 points at 17,265. The Nikkei has advanced 61 points to 9,360.
The Taiwan Weighted has added 56 points to 6,488. The Shanghai Composite has moved up 20 points to 2,638.
The Straits Times is up 27 points at 2,205. The Seoul Composite is flat at 1,409.

The Hang Seng has dropped 30 points to 17,123. The Nikkei has added 10 points to 9,308.
The Shanghai Composite is up three points at 2,621 while the Seoul Composite is flat at 1,402,
The Strait Times has advanced 13 points to 2,191 and the Taiwan Weighted Index was up 52 points at 6,484.
