Asian markets open higher

The Asian markets have opened in the green. Hang Seng is quoting at 20,649, stronger by 363 points or 1.7% and Nikkei is at 10,148, higher by 153 points or 1.5%.

Taiwan Weighted is quoting at 7,595, stronger by 102 points or 1.3%, Seoul Composite is at 1,730, higher by 18 points or 1% and Straits Times is at 2,871, up 37 points or 1.3%.
