In an otherwise steady wholesale grains market, barley prices gained by Rs 10 per quintal on increased industrial offtake.

Elsewhere, grains prices moved in a tight range on alternate bouts of trading and settled around previous levels.

Traders said increased industrial offtake, against tight supply led to a rise in barley prices. Barley gained Rs 10 to Rs 1,090-1,110 per quintal.
