Bharti Infratel IPO opens on Dec 11

The Rs 4,500-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Bharti Infratel will open on December 11. The company's prospectus were cleared by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) today.

It is the biggest IPO for Indian markets in over two years. The company is selling its telecom tower business. The anchor book will open on December 10. The IPO closes on December 14. Bharti Infratel is likely to announce details of the share sale on Friday
