Bme Action Against Sterlite, Hindustan Copper On Cards

The Bombay Metals Exchange (BME) is contemplating action against Sterlite Industries, Indo-Gulf Corporation Ltd and Hindustan Copper for unfair trade practices.

These companies had unilaterally effected changes and revision in the price mechanism of CC rods and copper cathodes since June 1, 2001.
