Compuage Infocom surges on bonus issue plan

The board will meet on March 28, to discuss the issue of bonus shares to existing shareholders of the company.

Shares of Compuage Infocom has surged 15% to Rs 146 on the BSE after the company announced that its board will consider issue of free shares to existing shareholders.

The board of directors of the company will meet on March 28, 2015, to discuss matter related to issue of bonus shares to existing shareholders of the company, Compuage Infocom said in a BSE filing.

The stock opened at Rs 145 and touched a low of Rs 133 on the BSE so far. Till 1023 hours, around 6,323 shares changed hands against an average 7,699 shares that were traded daily in past two weeks on the BSE.
