Gram, its dal move up on retailers demand

Barring a rise in gram and its dal on scattered retailers demand, all other commodities held steady in the wholesale pulses market today.

Market analysts said scattered demand from retailers helped gram and its dal prices to trade marginally higher.

In the national capital, gram gained Rs 15 to Rs 2,440-2,465, while its dal local and best quality moved up by Rs 25 each to Rs 2,825-2,840 and Rs 2,925-3,025 per quintal, respectively.
