Gur ends flat in thin trade

Quiet conditions developed in the wholesale gur (Jaggery) market in the national capital today as prices moved in a narrow range on small bouts of trading before ending at last levels.
Muzuaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur market also closed on a previous levels in thin trade.
Market analysts said sufficient stocks against ongoing demand mainly kept prices unaltered.
Following were today's quotations per quintal:
Chakku Rs 2,700-2,800, pedi Rs 2,900-3,000, Dhayya Rs 3,100-3,200, and Shakkar Rs 3,100-3,200
Muzaffarnagar: Raskat Rs 2,200-2,300, chakku Rs 2,350-2,525 and Khurpa N.T
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,700-2,750 and Dhaya Rs NA
