HDFC Bank down 3% tracking losses of its ADR

Shares of private banking major HDFC Bank were down nearly 3% tracking weakness of its American Depository Receipt on the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the bank's ADR ended down 4.7% at $26.55 on the NYSE.

At 9:58AM HDFC Bank share was down 2.8% at Rs 431.

Over 600,000 shares were traded in the counter on both the BSE and the NSE.
