HealthCare Global raises Rs 292 cr from anchor investors

The company has set the price band for the IPO between Rs 205 and Rs 218 per share

HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG) on Tuesday raised Rs 292 crore from 11 anchor investors, which included Citibank, Sundaram Mutual Fund and HDFC Standard Life Insurance.

The hospital chain allotted 13.41 million equity shares at Rs 218 apiece. HCG’s IPO open on Wednesday. The company has set the price band for the IPO between Rs 205 and Rs 218 per share.

Nearly a third of the shares in the anchor book were allotted to International Finance Corporation.

The company is looking to raise up to Rs 650 crore from the IPO, which will close Friday.
