HT Media soars on heavy volumes
A combined 2.88 million shares representing 1.23% stake of the company changed hands on the NSE and BSE at 1245 hours.
Shares of HT Media has soared 9% to Rs 82.85 on back of heavy volumes on the bourses. The stock opened at Rs 76.40 and touched a high of Rs 83.35 on the NSE.

On February 28, Rare Enterprises, the investment arm of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, acquired 1.5 million shares representing 0.64% stake in the media firm at a price of Rs 71.25 via bulk deal on BSE, exchange data showed. The names of the seller are not disclosed by the company.
