IRB Infra up on certification for Amritsar project

The company has received provisional certificate from competent authority for Amritsar highway project

Shares of IRB Infrastructure Developers were up nearly 2% at Rs 275 after the company said it has received provisional certificate by the Competent Authority effective November 27, 2014.

The Pathankot Amritsar BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) Project is implemented by its wholly-owned special purpose vehicle of the Company viz. IRB Pathankot Amritsar Toll Road Pvt. Ltd (SPV).

The project involves four-Lanning of Pathankot to Amritsar Section of NH-15 from Km.6.082 to Km. 108.502 in the State of Punjab under NHDP Phase III on BOT (Toll) Basis.

The stock opened at Rs 272 and touched a high of Rs 275 on the Bombay Stock Exchange. At 9:50AM, over 470,000 shares were traded on the BSE and NSE.
