“The Corporate Affairs Committee of the company, on November 26, has allotted 2.05 million equity shares of face value Rs 10 at a premium of Rs 56 each and 2.15 million warrants at Rs 66 each to be converted in equity shares of face value 10 at a premium of Rs 56 to Oricon Properties Private Limited, a promoter group company,” Kopran said in a regulatory filing.
As of September 2014, Oricon Properties Private Limited holds 4.51% stake in the company, the shareholding pattern data shows.
The stock opened at Rs 63.10 and touched a high of Rs 64.95 on BSE. The trading volumes on the counter more than doubled with a combined 1.56 million shares changed hands on the counter till 1348 hours on BSE and NSE.
