Linking Business Processes

I am reading two books of which the one by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan is found to be more interesting.

The book covers the discipline of execution, which is an understanding of how to link together the three core processes of business - people, strategy and operations.

The authors believe that leading these processes is the real job of running a business, and not formulating a vision and leaving the operations to others.

The leader
