The election results were along expected lines and we believe that markets would continue to maintain a larger positive trend. However, considering the sharp movement in markets in the near term there could be some short term profit booking and the market movement would start moving into the mid and small cap segment which is still undervalued as compared to the large caps. The markets would now focus on upcoming events - namely the progress of monsoons and the budget post the formation of new government.
