Max Ventures and Industries Limited (MVIL), one of the three new holding companies formed after demerger of the erstwhile Max India Limited, will list and start trading on the NSE as well as the BSE on Wednesday.
The listing will unlock value for the shareholders of erstwhile Max India, the company said in a statement.
