Medium sugar declines on poor demand
Medium sugar prices fell modestly at the Vashi wholesale market here today owing to reduced offtake from stockists and retailers.
While, small sugar variety finished stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
Medium sugar (M-30) declined by Rs 5/10 per quintal to Rs 2,791/2,881 from Wednesday's close of Rs 2,796/2,891.
