* Unit Trust of India's second diversified equity fund - Master Plus '91 has declared an annual dividend of 12 percent. The record date for the same has been fixed as February 8, 2002.

* Taurus Mutual Fund has also announced a maiden dividend of 3 per cent (Rs 0.30 per unit) in Libra Bond Fund and Libra Gilt Fund. The record date for the same has been set as February 08, 2002.

* IDBI-Principal Mutual Fund has notified the following changes with effect from February 01, 2002. IDBI-Principal Gilt Fund will now be called IDBI-Principal Government Securities Fund.

The initial minimum investment amount in IDBI-Principal Cash Management - Call Option has been reduced from Rs 10 lakhs to Rs 1 lakh. The entry load on IDBI-Principal Index Fund has been revised.

For investment upto Rs 10 lakhs (inclusive), an entry load of 0.5 per cent will be charged. The fund will not charge any entry load for investment above Rs 10 lakh.

* ING Income and Capital Portfolio has revised the load structure with effect from February 01, 2002. ING Income Portfolio will not charge any exit load for application amount above Rs 50 lakhs. For amount of Rs 50 lakhs and below an exit load of 0.5 per cent will be charged if units are redeemed within six months. The exit load on ING Capital Portfolio has been removed.

* Zurich India Mutual Fund has introduced a Short Term Plan in Zurich India High Interest Fund and a Call Plan in Zurich India Liquidity Fund. Both the Plans will be initially open for subscription from February 04 to February 06, 2002.

The Short Term Plan under Zurich India High Interest Fund offers a Dividend Option (with a re-investment alternative) and a Growth Option. The minimum application amount is Rs 1000. The Call Plan in Zurich India Liquidity Fund offers a Daily Dividend Option (with re-investment facility only) and a Growth Option. The minimum application amount is Rs 1 lakh.

* ING Mutual Fund has launched three schemes - ING Savings Portfolio (liquid Fund), ING Investment Portfolio (equity fund) and ING Gilt Portfolio. Initial offers of all three schemes are open for subscription from January 24 to February 06, 2002.

The schemes will re-open for continuous sale/purchase from February 22, 2002. ING Savings Portfolio offers Growth and Dividend re-investment (half-yearly) options. Minimum application amount is Rs 2,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter.

ING Investment Portfolio also offers Growth and Dividend options. Minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter. Whereas, ING Gilt Portfolio offers Quarterly Dividend and Growth options. Minimum application amount is Rs 5,000 and in multiples of Rs 1,000 thereafter.
