Pharma major, Ranbaxy, has added in trades this evening following a US court Ruling favouring the company.
The stock opened at the day's high of Rs 400 and slipped to a low of Rs 392. The stock is now trading with a marginal gain of Rs 3.60 or 1% at Rs 394. Around 43,414 shares have changed hands at the counter on the BSE so far.
The company has won a decisive ruling from New Jersey that its generic version of valganciclovir, prescribed for HIV/Aids patients and for organ transplantation-related infections, does not infringe the patent rights of Swiss drug maker Roche's anti-infection drug, Valcyte.
