Reliance Mutual Fund, through two of its funds, has bought shares worth Rs 149.33 crore in Karur Vysya Bank.

According to BSE's bulk details Mauritius-based investment holding firm Warhol Ltd, a ChrysCapital entity, has sold 16,360,000 shares at Rs 91.28 each.

Reliance Small Fund bought 4,400,000 shares and Reliance Growth Fund bought 6,900,000 shares at Rs 91.5 each.
