Mumbai-based fragrance manufacturer S H Kelkar has raised Rs 152 crore from anchor investors. The company's Rs 510-crore IPO will open for subscription on Wednesday.
The company priced its IPO in a range of Rs 173-Rs 180 per share. SH Kelkar in an exchange filing said it has allotted 8.47 million shares to about a dozen institutional investors at Rs 180 per share.
Some of the investors include T Rowe Price, Smallcap World Fund, Neuberger, Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and L&T Mutual Fund.
