S P Apparels lists at premium to issue price

The stock listed at Rs 305 on the BSE, while on the NSE it listed at Rs275 against its issue price of Rs 268 per share.

S P Apparels has listed at Rs 305 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), a 14% premium against its issue price of Rs 268 per share. LINK 

On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the stock opened 8% higher at Rs 275 against its issue price. At 10:05 am, the stock was trading at Rs 283. It touched high of Rs 289 and low of Rs 275 so far.

On the BSE it was trading at Rs 290, a day’s low level. A combined 1.49 million shares changed hands on the counter so far.
Garment maker S P Apparels, which concluded its initial public offering (IPO) earlier this month, was oversubscribed nearly three times.

The portion set aside for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) was oversubscribed 2.21 times, while non institutional investors 5.10 times and retail investors portion was oversubscribed 1.90 times, as per NSE data.

S P Apparels is a manufacturer and exporter of knitted garments for infants and children.
