Saria prices fell by Rs 300 per tonne in the local steel and iron market today due to reduced offtake by stockists.

Market analysts said reduced offtake by stockists on subdued demand from construction units led to the decline in saria prices.

In the saria section, kamdhenu 8-mm, 10-mm and 12-mm were down by Rs 300 each to Rs 41,700, Rs 43,400 and Rs 42,100, respectively.
