Sebi Planning Wealth Ratings Of Firms
In an attempt to push corporate India to a more transparent and investors-friendly regime, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) is planning to introduce rating of creation, management and distribution of wealth by the companies.
The market regulator has asked two rating agencies
