Sensex down 73pts; HDFC, HDFC Bank weak
Reliance and Hero Honda have declined 1.3% each to Rs 1,733 and Rs 685, respectively. Ranbaxy and Larsen & Toubro are down over 1% each.
NTPC has soared nearly 2% to Rs 159. HLL has advanced 1.3% to Rs 201.
Satyam and Tata Motors are the other prominent gainers.
Out of 2,388 stocks traded so far, 1,352 have declined, 948 have advanced and 88 are unchanged.
