The Sensex opened 68 points lower at 9,042, and is now down 21 points at 9,089.
Infosys and Ranbaxy have gained 2.5% each at Rs 1,185 and Rs 212, respectively.
Reliance Communications has moved up 2.3% to Rs 184. Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance have added 1.7% each to Rs 489 and Rs 1,117, respectively.
On the other hand, TCS has plunged over 4% to Rs 490, and Wipro has dropped over 3% to Rs 220.
Tata Motors and Tata Steel have shed 2.5% each at Rs 158 and Rs 195, respectively.
Grasim and Maruti have slipped over 2% each to Rs 1,328 and Rs 569, respectively.
Sensex down marginally, Infosys gains 2%
