The Nifty is up two points at 3,899.
Wipro and Satyam have surged around 3.5% each to Rs 431 and Rs 447, respectively. Reliance Communications has rallied nearly 3% to Rs 407.
Infosys, Hindalco and Mahindra & Mahindra have moved up 2.7% each to Rs 1,757, Rs 138 and Rs 452, respectively.
TCS and Larsen & Toubro are up 1.5% each at Rs 860 and Rs 2,173, respectively.
