Sensex up 173pts; Rel Comm gains 4%

Bharti Airtel has zoomed 6.3% to Rs 898. Reliance Communications has soared 4.5% to Rs 557.
Satyam and HDFC have gained around 2% each at Rs 449 and Rs 2,638, respectively.
Wipro and Mahindra & Mahindra have rallied over 1.5% each to Rs 457 and Rs 640, respectively.
