Sensex up 233pts in opening trades
The Sensex has opened at 16,524 - up 95 points, following the Budget day's gains of Friday. The index is now up 233 points at 16,659.
The Nifty is up 62 points at 4,982.
US markets ended in green on Monday. The Dow Jones added 78 points or 1% at 10,404. The Nasdaq Composite Index advanced 1.5% to 2,273,
Asian markets are flat in morning trades. The Hang Seng has dropped 158 points to 20,899. The Nikkei is down two points at 10,170.
