The NSE Nifty is up four points at 5,232.
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has surged over 3% to Rs 3,243. Reliance Energy has rallied 2.7% to Rs 1,565.
DLF and Jaiprakash Associates have advanced 2% each to Rs 734 and Rs 293, respectively.
Grasim, ACC, Maruti and ICICI Bank have moved up over 1.5% each to Rs 2,408, Rs 765, Rs 800 and Rs 949, respectively.
