has informed BSE that the shareholders of the company have approved the sale of its gelatine business with requisite majority.

Onward Technologies Ltd (Onward) & Experia Solutions (Experia) was recently awarded a contract for setting up, managing and running a dedicated relationship center (DRC) from a well known learning management solution provider in the US.

The outsourcing contract valued at over $1.5 million is a result of the company's recent alliance with Experia Solutions.
